In the mid-nineties, Global One’s principals identified a pattern of gentrification that was beginning to emerge in Brooklyn. 92 Gates Avenue was one of the first in a series of acquisitions in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill and Prospect Heights neighborhoods. The 45-unit property was purchased for $2.475 million in April 1997 and currently has a market value of approximately $10 million.
