Adam Nadel
Vice President/Director of Property Management
 

Adam Nadel is responsible for the daily operation of all properties owned by Global One. Specifically, Mr. Nadel oversees apartment renovation, construction projects, and contractor negotiations in addition to supervising all building site staff. He has 21 years of experience in residential management, and has managed approximately 4,200 units during his career.

 

Mr. Nadel holds the designation of Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) from the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a Registered Property Manager through the International Real Estate Institute and a member of the New York Association of Realty Managers.
