Warren Cohen manages the financial operations of each Global One investment property. Mr. Cohen’s expertise spans financial planning analysis, budget management, acquisition analysis and asset management strategy. He has implemented internal control and accounting systems for the efficient financial management of over 2,500 units of housing.

 

Mr. Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting from the City University of New York. Before joining Nelson Management Group, he had seven years of experience in both public and private accounting. He holds the distinction of “Certified Assisted Housing Manager” from the Quadel Consulting Corporation.
