Peter Curley
Senior Acquisitions Analyst

Mr. Curley is responsible for all preliminary financial modeling and analysis of potential acquisitions. In addition to underwriting potential property purchases, Mr. Curley performs quantitative market research analyzing demographic and rent trends throughout the various New York City submarkets, allowing Global One to determine which neighborhoods possess the greatest potential for growth.

Before joining Global One, Mr. Curley was responsible for the financial modeling, underwriting and analysis of over $1.5 billion of development properties, as well as participating in the asset management of a residential and commercial property portfolio worth over $255 million, at Suna LLC, a private real estate development and investment company in Long Island City, New York. Mr. Curley graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in English from Brooklyn College, and holds an MA in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
