In January 2008 Global One Investments, LLC entered into a Joint Venture agreement with ASB Real Estate Investments, to form Global One ASB Fund, LLC, a $110 million dedicated real estate equity fund. The Global One ASB Fund was formed for the sole purpose of acquiring and operating multifamily rental housing in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx.
 

The Fund specifically targets value-add opportunities in housing for middle and working class families in neighborhoods in the midst of revitalization. By utilizing the Global One acquisition and management methodologies, the Fund will provide above market returns with minimized risk.
