Michael Gerstein is a founding partner of Global One Investments, LLC. Mr. Gerstein raises capital for acquisitions, acts as the primary liaison between investors and the properties, and oversees each stage of the investment process. Through negotiating each acquisition and a thorough understanding of each property, Mr. Gerstein is able to provide transparency to investors with respect to their investments.

 

Mr. Gerstein holds a BSBA from Boston University while majoring in accounting. Before forming Global One in 1996, he worked for 14 years as a managing partner in Jerold D. Gerstein & Associates where he handled the firm’s management responsibilities, provided tax consulting services and placed equity into alternative investments on behalf of clients.
